Return Policy

•  All sale items are final.
•  Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
•  Return form must be included.
•  Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
•  Items must be in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).
•  We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
•  1ON1 Clothing does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to customerservice@1on1clothing.com before sending the item back.
•  Use of pre-paid return shipping labels will incur a $8.50 shipping charge, which will be deducted from your return.
•  You may use a shipper of your choice for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. To insure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper.
•  We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
•  Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
•  All Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
